Recapping 2025's Top Last Dance Songs

Somewhere around 10:45pm at every wedding, there's a moment you can feel coming. The room has been dancing for hours. Shoes have come off. Someone's tie is around their forehead. And then our DJ says, "This is our last song of the night."

The Two Ways to End the Night

Before we get to the songs, it helps to know there are really two different last dance moods, and neither one is more "right" than the other.

First, the private send off. Some couples want one final, just-the-two-of-you slow dance while the room quiets and the couple gets to soak in one intimate moment before the exit. 

Second, we call an ‘all-in finale’. This is when the couple wants everyone on the floor, for a wild upbeat song, a sing along or group circle. 

Both are great ways to close the night. The right choice really just comes down to how you want that to feel.
