Yes! We will meet with you before contract to discuss our packages, pricing, and to answer any other question you have. Once booked, we are always available to answer questions as they come up in planning – and we also like to schedule time to meet with you and your partner typically 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding in order to finalize remaining details for the event. Communication is key, and we will ensure that we are available leading up to the wedding!

Yes, absolutely! We will work with you ahead of your wedding for basic framework of songs… for example, we ask that you and your partner log into your very own wedding client portal in order to begin selecting a handful of “must play” in addition to a handful of “do not play” songs. This will give us a good idea of what you want for your wedding… And we fill in the rest!

Yes. For every aspect of your wedding, we will bring professional sound equipment (ceremony and/or cocktail hour and reception). We also will never charge for more additional sound equipment! Whether you have 50 or 350 people, we will bring the appropriate amount of sound for the room and number of guests.

MA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT. We are based out of Waltham, MA and our team is able to travel to venues approximately 1-2 hours of that general range. Also, we are more than willing to travel, but please note a travel fee and/or overnight hotel arrangements may be added to the quote based on your venue location.

Yes. When you book Fusion Function, we are the master of ceremonies for the evening. THIs includes making all formal announcements (formal introductions, dance formalities, dinner announcements, and all the ‘pump up’ ‘hype up’ you want for your reception/party. We work with you ahead of the wedding to ensure all announcements and formalities will be seamless without error or issues.

Depends – During one of our meetings ahead of your wedding we will ask if guests requests are permitted, and honor whatever you choose. *Note – in our experience, we don’t typically have a lot of guests requests for any of the weddings that we DJ simply because we are experts in reading the crowd.

Absolutely! As part of any wedding package, you and your partner/fiancé get access to a dedicated client portal. This allows you to pick your “must play” songs as well as the “do not play” songs. Additionally our DJs keep that list handy for your wedding and have it reviewed ahead of your wedding so that song wont be played.
